More odd whiteboard figures

I'm in a classroom in the Siebel Computer Science building today. Filling the whiteboards are many protein and cell biology diagrams. One is kind of fascinating because it seems to be showing the step by step action of kinesin "walking" along a microtubule. Or at least the drawing seems to well match this tutorial video. It looked like this as drawn by whoever was explaining it to someone else:

There is also a lot about desmosomes, which are cellular structures that allow cells to glue themselves to other cells, either permanently or as a part of some transport, I guess. It was just really weird to see this kind of picture on a board in a computer science building.
